Returns Eligibility
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective

Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened tea packs and consumables are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method.
